Solana Psychiatry is a telepsychiatry practice for capable adults whose ADHD, performance anxiety, or social anxiety is getting in the way. If mild depression or insomnia comes along with it, we treat that too. We're based in Phoenix and see you by video anywhere in Arizona. It's a cash-pay practice, and every medication decision has rating-scale numbers behind it.
The narrow scope is deliberate. We'd rather know three conditions deeply than treat everything a little.
This is a small, provider-owned practice. The person treating you is also the one accountable for how it runs.
Robert holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice and is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. He diagnoses and prescribes by video, stimulants included.
You work with your provider, not a rotating cast. From your initial evaluation forward, the same provider knows your history, your scores, and how you respond.

Robert has lived with ADHD and anxiety himself, so he knows what you're describing from the inside.
We measure before we prescribe. At your initial evaluation you fill out rating scales, so treatment starts from numbers instead of impressions, and you'll repeat them as treatment goes.
While your provider finds your dose, you'll have a phone check-in every week, at no charge. If a stimulant dose needs to change, that part happens by video. A problem that shows up in week two gets handled in week two.
The goal is the minimum effective dose: the lowest dose that removes the barrier. We call that The Enough Principle.
We treat ADHD, performance anxiety, and social anxiety. When mild depression or insomnia compounds these struggles, we address those too.
We don't treat PTSD, OCD, eating disorders, personality disorders, moderate-to-severe depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis or schizophrenia spectrum disorders, or addiction or substance use disorders. If one of those is your main need, your provider will help you find the right care.
