what we treat
Focused expertise in three core conditions
Specialized psychiatric care for capable adults blocked by attention, anxiety, and performance barriers.
Adult ADHD
You know what you need to do. Starting it, staying with it, and finishing it are the problems.
Performance Anxiety
You're prepared and capable. Then the stakes rise, and something hijacks your performance.
Social Anxiety
You have things to contribute. But something makes every interaction feel like a test you might fail.
We can also address mild depression or insomnia, but only when it's secondary to ADHD or anxiety.

What Makes This Different
What We Actually Treat
You need focused expertise, not a provider treating everything poorly. We specialize in ADHD, performance anxiety, and social anxiety. These are conditions where medication removes barriers to functioning. This practice was built on more than a decade inside Arizona's psychiatric system. Your provider knows when you need trauma therapy, eating disorder treatment, or mood expertise instead, and if you do, you'll hear it directly.
Conditions we don't treat
- PTSD (requires trauma-focused therapy)
- OCD (needs exposure and response prevention)
- Eating Disorders (needs specialized programs)
- Personality Disorders (needs DBT or long-term therapy)
- Moderate-to-Severe Depression (needs more intensive treatment)
- Bipolar Disorder (requires mood stabilization expertise)
- Psychosis or Schizophrenia Spectrum Disorders (needs a dedicated psychiatric team)
- Addiction or Substance Use Disorders (needs substance use treatment programs)
Evidence-Based Dosing
Dose changes are driven by your symptom scores, not by a feeling that your medication is "wearing off." We use validated rating scales to track whether treatment works. If your scores improve, you've found your dose. If they plateau despite adequate trials, your provider tries something different. Data drives decisions, not guesswork.
Weekly Titration Support
Typical psychiatry: prescribe, schedule for a month out, hope it works. The Solana Approach: weekly check-ins at no charge during titration. They're brief phone calls, and if a stimulant or other controlled medication needs a dose change, that part happens by video. Either way, your provider adjusts in real time based on your response, catches side effects before they're deal-breakers, and optimizes your dose in weeks, not months.

The Enough Principle
The same rating scales find your minimum effective dose, the lowest amount that removes your barrier to functioning. When your scores say enough, that's your dose.
